Production Capabilities
Do you manufacture products to custom dimensions?
Yes — we do not only produce standard covers and jackets; we work with all sizes and special requirements. Every product is manufactured to your unique needs.
What insulation types and materials are available?
• INSUSMART Industrial Insulation Jackets: Made from various fabrics and insulation materials, including mineral wool, foam rubber or ceramic fibre.
• INSUSMART Metal Jackets: Metal enclosure with thermal insulation, manufactured in galvanised steel, stainless steel or aluminium at 0.5, 0.8 or 1 mm thickness.
What temperature range is available?
INSUSMART covers operate across a temperature range of −190°C to +1200°C. Materials and insulation thickness are selected individually based on your requirements.
Can the covers be used outdoors?
Yes. The outer layer of silicone-coated fibreglass fabric provides full protection against the elements — high UV resistance, water, oil and dirt repellent. Outdoor use does not affect the product's lifespan.
How long does it take to install one cover?
INSUSMART covers are user-friendly and can be installed by one person with no special equipment. The process takes just a few minutes. We can also send a specialist to install or supervise installation on-site when needed.
What are the care guidelines for the covers?
Throughout their service life, the covers require no special maintenance. When necessary, clean the surface dry or damp.
To preserve service life:
- Avoid prolonged contact with acids and alkalis
- Avoid continuous contact with sharp or cutting tools
- Remove the cover if an emergency occurs on the insulated equipment
- Reinstall after the issue is resolved
What is the warranty period and product lifespan?
Warranty: 24 months from commissioning date, not exceeding 36 months from delivery.
Service life: 15+ years
Install/remove cycles: Minimum 150 cycles guaranteed

What is the production lead time?
Small orders (up to 5 units): Up to 3 working days, depending on production load.
Large orders: Up to 14 working days, with early delivery possible.
Special orders: Unique components may extend lead time up to 30 working days.
Can I order just one cover?
Absolutely. You can always place an order starting from a single product. There is no minimum order quantity.
Do you provide on-site measurement and installation?
Yes. INSUSMART can send a specialist to your site to take measurements, install, or supervise the installation of removable insulation. To arrange this, please provide the expected equipment scope, site address and preferred visit date.
