📋 Detailed work stages

How do we work?

Dismantling

The removable insulation installed on the turbine is dismantled on cooled equipment. The work is carried out by the company team. The quick-release insulation shell is dismantled while preserving the existing panel numbering. When required, the work is performed using lifting equipment and scaffolding.

Diagnosis and panel inspection

The dismantled insulation shell products are visually inspected and sorted according to defects. A report is prepared with subsequent recommendations for repair or partial or full insulation replacement.

Insulation restoration

According to the recommendations in the defect report, local repair work on the insulation panels is carried out at the client's site. Depending on the degree of panel damage, we manufacture new elements in the production area. When necessary, in the case of a total loss of insulation serviceability, we manufacture and supply a complete new insulation shell set.

Restoration of turbine fixing elements

The mobile repair unit is equipped with welding equipment and other tools required to restore the metal frame, pins, and support structures of gas turbine covers.

Fast insulation installation

A repair outage usually lasts 35-40 calendar days. Five working days are allocated for thermal insulation installation. We ensure installation is completed on schedule thanks to the mobile work site and the local repair work completed in advance.
